In Latvian, there is a saying - “no laika gala”. This means - since the beginning of time, since time immemorial.  An idiom, as a language unit with semantic layering or common meaning, functions only in a certain context of language. Apart from this, for example, in the name of the exhibition, "no laika gala" can also be understood and translated as "from the end of time". The most common synonym of the word “gals” is “the end”.
